Mayar Shoaeib, Santa Aquino and Joanna Arias went to visit the test kitchens at Good Housekeeping Magazine on Friday, April 11. This was an independent field trip for their Big Idea Projects. They met with super-awesome editor, Erin Phraner — learning about food, cooking and the magazine industry. Good Housekeeping is located in the beautiful and modern Hearst Magazines building on 50th and 8th. The girls learned a lot, and plan to use this experience to help their Big Idea Projects!
